All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation notification. Another notification will be received when your order has shipped.

International shipping is not offered at this time.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your package.

At Golden Comb Farms, we take great pride in carefully packaging and shipping each order with love from our small farm. Once a package has been handed off to the United States Postal Service (USPS) or another designated carrier and marked as “Delivered,” we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
While we understand how frustrating delivery issues can be, especially when packages go missing after delivery confirmation, we are unfortunately unable to refund or replace orders that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
To help prevent these situations, we encourage our customers to:

Double-check the shipping address at checkout.

Use a secure delivery location.

Opt for shipping to a workplace, PO box, or request a hold at your local post office if needed.

Track your package closely and retrieve it as soon as possible after delivery.
If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly. In some cases, neighbors or household members may have retrieved the package on your behalf.
